Requirements:

• All applicants must be 18 years of age or older.
• Most positions require a valid Minnesota or Wisconsin driver’s license.
• Most positions require a clean driving record. Applicants will NOT be a qualified driver if they have the following on their driving record:
• One or more “At-fault accidents”
• One or more of the following violations in three years: DWI, DUI, refusing substance test, reckless driving, manslaughter, hit and run, eluding a police officer, any felony, drag racing, license suspended, and driving while license is suspended OR
• Two or more of the following violations in three years: moving violations such as speeding, improper lane change, failure to yield, running red lights or stop signs.
• Most positions require an employee to have their own vehicle and automobile insurance.
• Criminal background checks are preformed on all direct care staff through the Department of Human Services. The application includes a list of criminal offenses that will disqualify candidates from working at Thomas Allen Inc.
