Case Management

Case Management: Case management services provided by Thomas Allen, Inc. include Rule 185 services for persons with mental retardation and related conditions, OBRA screenings, TBI, EW and CADI waiver case management, Relocation Service Coordination and Representative Payee services. Thomas Allen currently holds host county contract and service agreements with 25 counties in Minnesota and Iowa. Funding for case management services is provided by each respective county under a medical assistance waiver, county funded or privately paid by the consumers. These services are provided by licensed social workers, persons who are MN Merit System approved or public health nurses.
