Independent Living Services for Persons on the CADI or TBI waiver

Independent Living Services: Thomas Allen Inc. provides independent living services (ILS) through its Scattered Sites division for 40 individuals. Scattered Sites provides in-home training, support, and social opportunities to persons who are survivors of a traumatic brain injury and those that are assessed to need this level of support under the CADI waiver. Persons served do not need daily contacts. This program is primarily funded through the TBI and CADI waivers. Clients served reside in Ramsey or Dakota County.
