Semi-Independent Living Services for persons with developmental disabilities (SILS)

Semi-Independent Living Services: Thomas Allen Inc. provides semi-independent living services (SILS) through its Scattered Sites division for 120 individuals. Scattered Sites provides in-home training, support, and social opportunities to clients with developmental disabilities, survivors of a traumatic brain injury, and individuals who are referred from the county adult protection division who live in the community and do not need daily contacts. This program is primarily funded under the Minnesota Semi-Independent Living Services (SILS) program, county funds, or private funds. Clients served reside in Carver, Hennepin, Scott, Dakota, Ramsey or Washington County.
