Training Center

Terilyn Malone is our Director of Training. Her field experience is extensive. Terilyn has worked as a Program Counselor, WAC Supervisor, EBD Advocate, In-Home Behavior Specialist, SILS/ILS Counselor, Assistant Program Director, and a Training Analyst. She leads our Thomas Allen, Inc. Training T.E.A.M. comprise of six interagency instructors.

TAI is fortunate to have such an observant, knowledgeable, creative and strategic educator. She has worked successfully with Families-In-Crisis throughout the metro area and serves as a Consultant to homes encountering behavior issues. Ms. Malone has over 30 years of experience working with children, adolescents and adults with multilateral challenges such as MI, DD, TBI, CP, Physical/Cognitive Disabilities, and Autistic Spectrum Disorders.
